Re: District court verdict orders the deletion of a plea for an authorization of a class action against ESOP The company is hereby honored to announce that on December 13, 2022, a verdict has been delivered by the district court which orders the deletion of the plea for authorization of the action as a class action (as well as of the plaintiff's personal lawsuit) which has been submitted against a great-granddaughter company of the company, ESOP Management and Trust Services Ltd. (hereinafter: "ESOP"), and which concerns the plaintiff's claim, that in a purchase order that has been executed, for the shares of the company in which he was employed and which were held by him by virtue of options he has been given, ESOP has apparently breached different obligations as part of the operation of selling the shares in the purchase order (see details in the immediate report dated December 16, 2021, reference no. 2021-01-110893 as well as in the interpretation 7a(47) of the financial reports of the company for September 30 2022, which were published on November 30, 2022 (reference no. 2022-01-115344).Thereby, this procedure has come to its end. false
