Re: Ceased to serve as directors of the Company and a subsidiary - Mr. Eliezer Yones and Mr. Yitzhak Cohen The Company announce that on October 14, 2024, Mr. Eliezer Yones, Mr. Yitzhak Shukri Cohen and Ms. Giorgia Rudigri ceased to serve as directors of The Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd., (subsidiary) in accordance with the provisions of the holding permit granted to the former controlling shareholders of the Company, Centerbridge Capital Partners III Cayman Fund (LP) and Point Capital Gallatin Fund (the "Funds") by the Capital Market, Insurance and Savings Authority in April 2024.
