Attached please find a convenience translation into English of the Company's Hebrew version informative presentation filed on November 18, 2015 (the "Hebrew Presentation"). This presentation will be presented to institutional investors following the publication of the Company's Quarterly Report as of September 30, 2015 (the "Quarterly Report"). The information included in this presentation is based on information included in the Quarterly Report, as published today on Magna and on prior presentations and filings released by the Company. Please note that this presentation should not be regarded as a substitute for reading the original Hebrew version of the Quarterly Report and the Company's Hebrew Presentation and filings in full. The Company does not warrant that the translation fully, correctly or accurately reflects the Hebrew Presentation, and the binding version of the presentation is the Hebrew Presentation. Slide no.7 contains information about the marketing status of projects under development, slide no.16 contains information about the marketing status of senior housing projects under construction and slide no. 23 contains data and breakdowns regarding the Company's debt structure and the weighted average duration of the Company’s loans as of September 30, 2015, all of which are not included in the Quarterly Report.
