Attached hereto is an informative presentation of the Company, which the Company will present in conversations with institutional investors following the release of the Company’s Quarterly Report as of September 30, 2016 (the “Quarterly Report”). The information included in this presentation is based on information included in the Company’s Quarterly Report as released today on Magna, as well as on previous presentations and reports released by the Company. Slides 7-12, 14, 16-21, 25, 26, 29 and 30 include information that was not included in prior reports of the Company and/or in the Company’s Quarterly Report, mainly, expected addition to NOI, yield from development projects, figures on tenants sales turnover, total proceeds from asset dispositions, marketing status of development projects, the Company’s debt structure and the average duration of the Company’s loans, etc. The presentation also includes information and data which is presented in a different manner and/or breakdown and/or are edited differently than the data included in such reports, or such which may be calculated from the data included in the Company’s reports.
