Attached hereto is an informative presentation of the Company, which the Company will present in conversations with institutional investors following the release of the Company’s Periodic Report as of December 31, 2016 (the “Periodic Report”). The information included in this presentation is based on information included in the Company’s Periodic Report as of December 31, 2016, as released today on Magna, as well as on previous presentations and reports released by the Company. Slides 4,5,6,7,10,13,16,20,21,22,25,26,35,36, and 37 include information that was not included in prior reports of the Company and/or in the Company’s Periodic Report for 2016, mainly NOI and space in specific properties and by uses, an expected addition to the NOI and FFO, yield from development projects, figures on tenants’ costs, the marketing status of development projects, rent to revenues ratio, the Company’s debt structure and the average duration of the Company’s loans, the value of investment property, etc. The presentation also includes information and data that are presented in a different manner and/or breakdown and/or are edited differently than the data included in such reports, or such which may be calculated from the data included in the Company’s reports.
