מצגת למשקיעים בחו"ל
מצורפת בזאת מצגת אינפורמטיבית של החברה באנגלית המתבססת בעיקרה על המצגת בעברית שפורסמה על ידי החברה ביום 22 באוגוסט, 2013 (אסמכתא 2013-01-123360) וכן על מצגות ודיווחים קודמים אותם פרסמה החברה ("הדיווחים בעברית"), בתרגום נוחות לאנגלית. מצגת זו מיועדת למשקיעים מוסדיים בלבד ואינה מהווה הצעה לרכישה או מכירה של ניירות ערך של החברה או הזמנה לקבלת הצעות כאמור והיא מיועדת כאמור, למסירת מידע בלבד למשקיעים בחו"ל אודות החברה (non-deal road-show presentation). המידע אשר ישמש להצגת המצגת מוצג למטרות נוחות בלבד ואינו מהווה בסיס לקבלת החלטת השקעה, המלצה או חוות דעת ואינו מהווה תחליף לשיקול דעת של המשקיע. יצוין, כי המצגת באנגלית אינה מהווה תחליף לקריאת הנוסח המחייב בעברית של הדוחות הכספיים והדיווחים בעברית במלואם. החברה אינה מתחייבת כי התרגום לאנגלית הינו מלא ומדויק. והנוסח המחייב לכל עניין הינו הנוסח בעברית כפי שפרסמה החברה כאמור לעיל. בשקופיות 11, 16, 24 ו- 33-35 כלול מידע אשר לא נכלל בדיווחים קודמים של החברה, לרבות בקשר שכ"ד ופדיון 2012, חידוש חוזים, שווי והשבחת נכסים, שיעורי היוון במגזרים, ניתוח שיערוכים ותחשיב רווח למניה. בנוסף, בשאר המצגת נכלל מידע שעשוי להיחשב ככזה שהוצג באופן ו/או בעריכה ופילוח שונה מהאופן בו הוצג בדיווחים בעברית אך הוא ניתן לחישוב מתוך הנתונים הכלולים בדיווחים בעברית ומהדוחות הכספיים. חלקים מהמידע במצגת הינם בגדר מידע צופה פני עתיד, כהגדרתו בחוק ניירות ערך, התשכ"ח-1968 כמפורט במצגת.
